HERE LIES THE YEAR OF 2026

“The algorithm shapes identity.”

Here lies the year of 2026. The year where the general population is convinced that technology is reality. We normalized sexualization, the ability to not pay attention, and most depressingly the ability to stay asleep in our own lives. The algorithm shapes identity. It makes people feel that the Internet is reality. How long are you willing to waste? How many generations have to pass to realize companies have put us in a shared reality that shapes people fast? In this present time most people aren’t individuals, they’re followers in a world where the same thoughts get passed through visuals. Social media, the product of curation and destruction. The product has evolved, but what if the product is designed to have the users devolve and eventually fall? People have forgotten the concept of boredom. People want the dopamine hits so bad that they sit and waste time to get more of them. When will enough be enough? When will we as a society remember that this is reality and in order to evolve we actually have to live the life granted for us all? Here lies the year of 2026. The start of a downfall or a society who eventually gets it together and changes the trajectory of our reality. The future is up to us. Don’t let it get destroyed by companies who don’t give a fuck about us. Protect your attention, and direct your intention to put you towards the right direction. Live life by not being distracted by the visuals they put in front of you.
